A shareholder group targeting “heavy emitting companies” has claimed dissent against Woodside chair Richard Goyder is widespread, after an influential proxy advisory called for his head last week.
The high-profile business leader recently copped a lashing from CGI Glass Lewis, which has recommended shareholders vote Mr Goyder out as chair at Woodside’s upcoming annual meeting.
